Are you a compliance-driven Transport professional with a valid Manager's CPC and experience overseeing large, fast-paced operations?

We're recruiting for a Transport Compliance Manager to take full operational and legal responsibility for a busy Manchester-based food distribution fleet of circa 100 vehicles.

This is a critical role focused on protecting the O-Licence, ensuring full legislative compliance and maintaining the highest transport standards across the operation.

The Role

Hold full responsibility for transport compliance and O-Licence standards

Ensure full adherence to driver hours, WTD and UK transport legislation

Oversee fleet compliance including servicing, MOTs, VOR control and vehicle checks

Maintain audit readiness and lead internal and external compliance audits

Manage investigations, incidents and regulatory matters

Work closely with operational leadership to drive safe and compliant performance

About You

Valid International Transport Manager CPC - Essential

Strong working knowledge of UK transport legislation and compliance

Experience managing compliance within a large fleet environment

Confident liaising with regulatory bodies and senior stakeholders

Detail-focused, organised and proactive
