Are you a compliance-driven Transport professional with a valid Manager’s CPC and experience overseeing large, fast-paced operations?

We’re recruiting for a Transport Compliance Manager to take full operational and legal responsibility for a busy Manchester-based food distribution fleet of circa 100 vehicles.

This is a critical role focused on protecting the O-Licence, ensuring full legislative compliance and maintaining the highest transport standards across the operation.

• Hold full responsibility for transport compliance and O-Licence standards
• Ensure full adherence to driver hours, WTD and UK transport legislation
• Oversee fleet compliance including servicing, MOTs, VOR control and vehicle checks
• Maintain audit readiness and lead internal and external compliance audits
• Manage investigations, incidents and regulatory matters
• Work closely with operational leadership to drive safe and compliant performance

• Valid International Transport Manager CPC – Essential
• Strong working knowledge of UK transport legislation and compliance
• Experience managing compliance within a large fleet environment
• Confident liaising with regulatory bodies and senior stakeholders
• Detail-focused, organised and proactive

• £47,000 – £51,000 salary
