HGV Driver Class 2

As a Driver you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of in-flight catering supplies and equipment to aircraft and airport terminals, ensuring compliance with aviation safety, hygiene standards, and airside driving regulations. You will drive a designated route and have responsibility for catering and stripping aircraft.

Shifts:

Rotating Nine and half hour Shifts, 5 on 3 off

Hours:

Various start times between 4.00 and 13.00 and finish times between 13.30 and 22.30

Rate: £18.73 per hour

Overtime: 1.2 of hourly rate, after the completion of 173 hours in the payroll calendar month

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections as standard security and safety protocol.
• and report any issues immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle and loading areas.
• Comply with Food Safety and Hygiene protocols and ensuring vehicle refrigeration is switched on.
