Our client is a global leader in complete Supply Chain Solutions, specialising in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding and warehousing. They lead the industry with their innovative and customisable solutions. They are now looking to recruit a multi modal export Coordinator at their branch in Wythenshawe

Role overview
To oversee Air, Road, and Sea shipments, ensuring compliance with procedures and smooth execution. Build strong relationships, handle key accounts, and deliver excellent customer service. Identify new opportunities, maintain commercial awareness, and ensure timely, precise admin and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively support all aspects of the Export Team by handling Key Accounts and the day-to-day requirements for clients
Understand and comply with Standard Operating Procedures set out in line with customer requirements
Customs Procedures - Assist the team in ensuring correct customs procedures are being used and followed
Liaise with agents / suppliers as necessary
Manage Air / Road / Sea Export operations from start to finish
Adopt good Commercial awareness
Timely and accurate invoicing and administrative tasks
Clear, effective communication

Skills Required:
Operational freight forwarding experience Ideally multi modal although we can look at just road export experience only as long as you would be willing to train up on the other modes with us.
Trailer Freight exports background and be looking for an opportunity with a forward-thinking freight forwarder
Knowledge of UK multimodal export procedures
Familiarity with customs processes and compliance
Hands-on approach with a positive attitude

Package and Benefits
Salary 27,000 to 35,000 Circa
