Customs Broker 4 on 4 off role (Late shift)
Location: M1 2JW
Pay: £24,500.00 to £27,000.00 per year
Contract Type: Permanent

About this job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced customs broker to join our team.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilise customs software systems ASM Sequoia, NCTS, EMCS, IPAFFS, GVMS and all CSPs
- Coordinate logistics operations, including working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Raise jobs and invoices and manage document uploads for our client tracking portal
- Take on any other operational tasks assigned by your line manager
- Minimum 3 years experience in GB customs clearance & transit declarations, alongside client relationship management.
- Understand how to interpret commercial documentation
- Ability to clearly communicate with clients
- Minimum 2 years experience in making customs declarations in the UK to HMRC in CDS.
- Ability to work both as part of a team, and independently
