Position: Logistics Specialist (5-6h/day)

For the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in Manchester a dynamic and motivated Logistics Specialist to work 5 to 6 hours per day
.

Main responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming equipment and spare parts, verifying documentation and logging any damage or discrepancies.
  • Register all incoming materials in Oracle and ensure proper tagging and labeling.
2. Warehouse & Inventory Management
  • Store materials in designated locations and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
  • Ensure proper stock segregation and support reordering by monitoring stock levels.
3. Internal Material Flow
  • Pick and deliver parts for repair orders, ensuring FIFO and traceability.
  • Track material usage and manage the return and reallocation of unused parts.
  • Prepare and pack repaired units for shipment, ensuring correct documentation and compliance with transport standards.
  • Coordinate with carriers for timely dispatch and resolve any logistics issues.
5. Systems & Compliance
  • Record all material movements in Oracle and maintain accurate, auditable records.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in logistics and warehouse management in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • ERP/Oracle knowledge are a plus.
