Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials and products.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Transport materials and products to designated locations within the warehouse or facility.
• Stack and organize materials and products in a safe and efficient manner.

• Keep accurate records of inventory levels and movements.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Work closely with other team members to coordinate material handling and logistics activities.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain detailed logs of forklift activities, including material movements and inspections.
• Prepare and submit reports on material handling and inventory status.

• Assist with general warehouse duties, such as packaging, labeling, and organizing products.
• Support loading and unloading of delivery trucks as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.

• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Proven experience as a forklift operator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of forklift operation and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Excellent coordination and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
