Shift patterns: 40 hours, Monday – Friday Day Shift, with some flexibility required as this is a 24/7 operation

We're now looking for a Transport Manager to take the helm of our daily transport operations!

In this pivotal role, you will lead our dynamic team to achieve excellence and drive success throughout our transport network. Join us and be a key player in shaping the future of logistics!

• Oversee the transport operation, ensuring efficient use of 10 units, 24 trailers and a growing driver team
• Lead, coach and develop 19 Class‑1 drivers (scaling up to 25) and 2 Transport Administrators
• Ensure full compliance across O Licence requirements, fleet standards, KPI/SLA delivery and cost control
• Act as the key escalation point for operational issues while working closely with internal and external teams
• Champion health & safety on site, maintaining high standards for drivers and overall transport operations

• Proven experience as a Transport Manager or similar role – International and National Transport Manager CPC is essential
• Strong understanding of transport compliance and O Licence responsibilities
• Experience managing fleet operations and delivering KPI/SLA‑driven performance
• Ability to build strong relationships and providing mentoring and coaching to the team
