As an Operational Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering and assuring high‑quality operational training that underpins the competence of our safety‑critical workforce. Your work supports the safe and consistent operation of our services, ensuring training is delivered to a high professional standard, aligned to current industry requirements and business expectations.

• Deliver training that is consistent, compliant, and aligned to operational risk
• Contribute to the assurance and continuous improvement of training materials and programmes
• Maintain your own professional competence and relevant safety‑critical certification
• Support the development of a high‑performing, safety‑focused operational workforce

• Strong operational railway experience, with at least 4 years' current Driver competence
• Demonstrates a credible, professional and standards‑driven approach
• Communicates clearly and engages effectively with a diverse operational audience
• Is committed to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Builds strong working relationships across teams and functions
• Takes pride in maintaining consistently high training and assessment standards
