Up to £40,000 DOE Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

What you'll be doing You'll be managing air export freight shipments from start to finish, keeping everything moving smoothly and making sure customers are looked after every step of the way.

Day to day you'll be:

• Handling end-to-end Air Export Freight Forwarding shipments.
• Booking cargo with airlines.
• Preparing export documentation.
• Liaising with customers, overseas agents and carriers.
• Keeping shipments on track from collection to final destination.
• Delivering great customer service (because we all know freight doesn't always go to plan!).
• Producing freight quotations and pricing if you've done it before - great if you have, absolutely fine if you haven't.

What we're looking for

️ At least 1 year's experience in Air Export Freight Forwarding.
️ Experience managing air export shipments from start to finish.
️ Someone who enjoys working in freight, likes building customer relationships and takes pride in getting the job done.
️ Quoting or pricing experience would be a bonus, but it's definitely not a deal breaker.
