You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, and you’ll never have to fight over the radio station; you can sing along as loud as you like! In return, we use our automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van. Everybody likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays.

On top of your base pay you will receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £13.38 per hour. All your breaks are paid, so for every minute at work you get paid.

• Deliver goods on a pre‑planned schedule and route, ensuring timely and correct deliveries.

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, representing Ocado Logistics.

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Must be over 18 to handle alcohol products.
• Good communication skills are essential.

• Base hourly rate: £12.75 (Monday‑Saturday).
• Evening premium (from 6pm): £1.12.
• Sunday day premium: £1.28.
• Sunday evening premium: £2.51.
• Overtime rate for Monday‑Saturday day shift: £15.94.
• Overtime rate for Monday‑Saturday evening shift: £17.06.

Contract type:
Permanent – 37.5 hours per week, scheduled as five 7.5‑hour days within a seven‑day period. Shifts include AM and PM, starting as early as 05:30 and finishing as late as 12:00 (midnight). You’ll receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance. Pay is issued every four weeks on a monthly schedule.
