Class 2 Driver

Location: Salford

The Best Connection Group - Manchester is currently recruiting Class 2 (Category

C) Drivers for our client based in Salford. This is a fantastic with a well-established retailer, offering regular work and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Pay & Working Hours

£18-19 per hour basic rate.
Mon-Fri Shifts
Start times between 05:00 - 06:00
Approximately 8-10-hour shifts
Ongoing, full-time work

Job Role

Multi-drop deliveries to retail stores across the Manchester area(6-7 drops)
Handball all of the deliveries off at the client
Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
Safe and compliant operation of a Class 2 vehicle

Requirements

Valid UK Class 2 (Category

C) Licence
Valid CPC Qualification Card
Digital Tachograph Card
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good knowledge of UK road laws and driver hours regulations
