The Best Connection Group - Manchester is currently recruiting Class 2 (Category
C) Drivers for our client based in Salford
. This is a fantastic with a well-established retailer, offering regular work and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
- £18-19 per hour basic rate.
- Mon-Fri Shifts
- Start times between 05:00 - 06:00
- Approximately 8-10-hour shifts
- Ongoing, full-time work
- Multi-drop deliveries to retail stores across the Manchester area(6-7 drops)
- Handball all of the deliveries off at the client
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
- Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
- Safe and compliant operation of a Class 2 vehicle
- Valid UK Class 2 (Category
C) Licence - Valid CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good knowledge of UK road laws and driver hours regulations
