Join a fast-paced, high-energy airside operation as an HGV Class 2 Driver, working at the heart of major UK airports. Youll play a crucial role in ensuring aircraft are fully catered, stocked, and ready for departure, safely, efficiently, and on time.

Job Type Full Time, Ongoing
Shifts &
Hours:
Minimum 8 hours guaranteed per shift
Operations run 7 days a week, including public holidays
Start Times:
AM shift starts between 05:00am 07:00am
PM shift starts between 21:00pm - 23:00pm
Start times may vary, and shifts are rotating, so full flexibility is required.
5 on / 3 off
Break Structure:
1st break unpaid
2nd break paid
Pay Rates: £17.00 - £18.70 per hour
Roles & Responsibilities :
Driving HGV Class 2 (Category
C) vehicles airside
Operating catering and high-loader vehicles in restricted airport zones
Loading and unloading catering equipment in line with aircraft specifications
Delivering food, beverages, and equipment directly to aircraft
Completing vehicle safety checks before and after shifts
Ensuring all deliveries meet strict aviation safety and timing requirements
Maintaining compliance with Food Safety, Hygiene, and Aviation Security regulations
Working closely with airside teams and flight crew
Essential Requirements:
Valid UK HGV Category C (Class
2) licence
Digital Tachograph card
Maximum of 6 minor penalty points
Previous Class 2 driving experience required
Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays
Strong awareness of safety in a high-risk, time-sensitive environment
Willingness to undergo full airside security clearance
