Resource Deployment Controller

You’ll be responsible for the deployment & supervision of TPE Traincrew, Station and Revenue colleagues, who operate our trains and serve our customers.
Over a 24 hour/ 7 day a week roster you'll ensure TPE deploys sufficient resources for its day to day delivery of the train service, contribute to maintaining high performance levels and work in conjunction with colleagues as part of the Centralised Operational Resources Team.
To be the successful candidate you will be able to evidence a supportive nature and an ability to work as a team, with an outlook that sees the objectives of colleagues within the business as important as your own. This is a role for a proactive individual that can work effectively under pressure.
You'll have excellent communication and analytical skills, a high level of IT competence plus the ability to write detailed reports.
It is critical that you can demonstrate the ability to manage several time sensitive tasks at one time, have outstanding interpersonal skills, understand rostering parameters and can engage with front line colleagues and peers to improve internal customer service.
