HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers

Pay: £18.50-£21.00 per hour

Strong Group Recruitment are currently looking for reliable HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers for a busy transport operation based in Trafford Park, Manchester.

Due to an increased volume of work, our client is looking for additional drivers to support their ongoing operations.

We have regular work available Monday to Friday, with flexibility for drivers who can only commit to certain days each week. Start times are generally between 6am and 8am
, although these can be adjusted to suit individual availability.

• Standard Class 1 curtainsider trunking work

• Straightforward trunking routes

• Regular ongoing work

• Monday to Friday, with flexible days available

• Class 2 multidrop deliveries

• Using a pump truck and tail lift

• Loading and unloading as required

• Regular ongoing work

• Monday to Friday, with flexible days available

• 6am-8am starts
  , with flexibility to adjust where needed

• Minimum 8 hours guaranteed pay per shift

• Monday to Friday ongoing work

• Full-time or individual days available

• Flexible start date - ideally ASAP, but can accommodate notice periods

• Competitive hourly pay

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category
  
  C) licence

• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

• Good understanding of drivers' hours and working time regulations

• Reliable with good communication and timekeeping

• Previous relevant driving experience preferred
