Job Overview

Great opportunity to work as a Stock & Administrator for a leading logistics company. Staffline is recruiting for a Stock & Administrator to work in Trafford Park, Manchester
.

Applicants will need to be able to work at the Trafford Park location and Middleton (from 13/02/26).

The rate of pay is £13.09 per hour. Overtime is available after working 37.5 hours and is paid at £19.64 per hour.

You will work fixed shifts and be able to work Sunday to Friday, with a rest day in the week. The hours of work are:
6am to 2pm
. Initially, it may be Monday to Friday, but at some point, this will expand into working on a Sunday. You will need to be flexible and willing to do some overtime. We ordinarily don't work on a Saturday, but there will be a need to work on some Saturdays throughout the year.

Responsibilities
  • Processing the receipt into the warehouse of inbound loads.
  • Processing outbound orders for picking and dispatching.
  • Managing document production within agreed timescales, to ensure warehouse productivity and customer service levels are maintained.
  • Completion of all perpetual inventory activity within agreed timescales, and carry out associated investigations as required.
  • Liaising day to day with TGO suppliers.
  • Liaising with Transport to ensure the Backhaul process is completed correctly.
  • Ensure full audit process compliance to CMI within stock & admin functions.
  • Ensure all paperwork is retained and filed within agreed timescales, and stored adequately to ensure robust audit trails are available.
  • Ensure the site Health & Safety policies are maintained & followed.
  • Comply with Food Safety Regulations. NSF/BRC Standards.
Qualifications
  • General administration experience.
  • Warehouse/stock background is desirable.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure & to deadlines.
  • Good maths and English skills.
  • Able to work at height (scissor lift).
  • Able to work in a tri-temperature environment.
  • Able to work under own initiative at times.
  • Food Services background is desirable.
  • Perpetual Inventory counting.
  • Goods inwards experience.
  • Previous WMS experience.
  • Basic Excel spreadsheet skills.
  • Good Maths & English skills.
  • MHE license is desirable.
