Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives / FLT Drivers for a busy warehouse environment for our client based in Trafford Park, Manchester (M17).

This is a great opportunity for reliable and experienced candidates looking for ongoing work with a fixed day shift pattern and the potential of a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating Counterbalance and Reach FLT trucks

* Loading, unloading, and moving stock within the warehouse

* Picking and packing orders using handheld scanners

* Carrying out data entry and stock checks using warehouse systems

* Supporting general warehouse operations

* Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

* Valid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences (both essential)

* Minimum 12 months’ FLT driving experience

* Previous warehouse experience and confidence using handheld scanners

* Basic IT skills and PC literacy

* PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) experience preferred

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and within a team

Shift Pattern:

* On-going

* Monday to Friday

* Day shifts: 8:00am – 4:00pm

* Pay rate: £13.47 per hour

* Ongoing work with temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidate
