Procurement Distribution Service Operative

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the inventory management system for ordering, receiving, stock checking, cycle counting and raising electronic documentation for goods received.
• Ensure accurate documentation for invoice clearance and audit purposes.
• Receive daily PUSH deliveries of medical consumable items from MFT's Procurement distribution Centre for onward delivery.
• Conduct full quality checks, count and general storage of items.
• Pick and pack general consumables and PPE lines to fulfill orders for all MFT and community areas.
• Receive and quality check deliveries from NHSSC and direct suppliers ensuring stock quantities and product references match the order raised.
• Maintain high levels of communication between the Scan4
  
  Safety team and Procurement Distribution Services team regarding deliveries of PUSH goods.
