Essity is recruiting for a Warehouse / Logistics Shift Leader in Manchester to run the shift warehouse and logistics operations on a 12‑hour, 4‑on/6‑off pattern. You will guide the shift team to deliver safe, high-quality execution and meet departmental KPIs while coordinating breaks and training.
You will work with the logistics leadership team, implement Essity Beliefs and Behaviours, ensure training completion for new FLT operators, and maintain accurate shift logs and handovers.
