Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 06.00 – 14.00

Are you an organised and detail-focused warehouse professional looking to join a fast-paced distribution environment? We're looking for a Goods In Operative to become a key member of our warehouse team in Salford.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the Goods In team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring incoming pharmaceutical products are received, checked and processed accurately and safely. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and recording deliveries in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Breaking down deliveries into individual product lines ready for processing.
  • Checking deliveries for damage, shortages, excess stock and expiry dates.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate documentation and system records.
  • Producing carton identification labels and ensuring stock is correctly quarantined where required.
  • Identifying and reporting any licensing or delivery discrepancies.
  • Supporting internal quality audits and maintaining compliance standards.
  • Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an efficient flow of goods through the warehouse.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experienced within a warehouse or Goods In environment (pharmaceutical experience is advantageous).
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with paperwork and computer systems.
  • A strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, reliable and committed to maintaining high quality standards.
  • Committed to following Health & Safety procedures at all times.
