Salary: £26,422.50 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 06.00 – 14.00

What You’ll Be DoingAs part of the Goods In team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring incoming pharmaceutical products are received, checked and processed accurately and safely. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and recording deliveries in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Breaking down deliveries into individual product lines ready for processing.
- Checking deliveries for damage, shortages, excess stock and expiry dates.
- Creating and maintaining accurate documentation and system records.
- Producing carton identification labels and ensuring stock is correctly quarantined where required.
- Identifying and reporting any licensing or delivery discrepancies.
- Supporting internal quality audits and maintaining compliance standards.
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an efficient flow of goods through the warehouse.
- Experienced within a warehouse or Goods In environment (pharmaceutical experience is advantageous).
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with paperwork and computer systems.
- A strong team player with good communication skills.
- Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, reliable and committed to maintaining high quality standards.
- Committed to following Health & Safety procedures at all times.
