Operations Shift Manager (Outbound)

Hours:40 hours per week (5:30am 2:00pm, flexibility with day pattern required)

The Role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Shift Manager will lead all outbound warehouse activities, including Picking, Packing, and Despatch. This role is responsible for ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and safely while driving performance, productivity, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across the shift.
