Working Pattern:
Monday – Friday | 2:30pm – 10:30pm (Initial 4‑week training period: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm)

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to deliver exceptional performance.
• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and service levels are achieved.
• Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy and cycle counting activities.
• Coordinate third‑party repackaging operations and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and company standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse.

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including Goods In and Despatch.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Focus on accuracy, quality and continuous improvement.
• Desirable:
  Experience with in a pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated environment.
• Knowledge of GDP/GMP standards.
• Forklift or MHE licences.
• IOSH or Health & Safety qualifications.

• £32,136 per annum
