FLT Driver - Temporary

Openshaw, Manchester

£14.00 per hour

Full-time, Temporary Contract (3 months)

Reed is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse operative / Forklift Truck Driver to join our client on a temporary basis in Openshaw M11 area of Manchester. This is a great opportunity to work within a well-established manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
Checking goods in and out for damage and accuracy
Reporting issues using internal quality processes
Carrying out inventory audits and cycle counts
Shrink wrapping finished goods to company standards
Adhering to manual handling and health & safety procedures

Requirements

Valid FLT licence (Bendi licence highly desirable)
Stores environment experience
Order picker packer and stores environment knowledge in wrapping
Previous experience in a similar warehouse/FLT role
Experience loading/unloading and stock handling
Good communication skills
Basic IT literacy
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

What's on Offer

Competitive hourly rate of £14.00 per hour
Monday to Friday role- 7.30am to 16.00pm Friday 7.30am to 12.30pm
