The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while helping achieve store sales goals. This customer-first role supports Ralph Lauren brand standards, company initiatives, and a collaborative store environment.
Responsibilities- Drive sales by focusing on customer needs and building client relationships.
- Support company initiatives, team training, and new shopping technologies.
- Maintain sales floor and store standards, and provide feedback to management on customer needs and business opportunities.
- Help customers discover and purchase products through digital catalogs, virtual stores, QR codes, and alternative purchasing options.
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
- Be able to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
- Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.
