Family Law Attorney

Bismarck Tribune’s “Best of the Best” law firm four years running is looking for a family law attorney! Revive Law Group is seeking a personable, passionate, and motivated individual to join our firm in Mandan, ND. Candidates should be team-oriented and have excellent communication skills (both oral and written) as well as organized and proactive.

* Education/Experience*:

· JD from an accredited law school (required)

· ND Bar Admission (required)

· Experience in family law (preferred)

· Courtroom experience (preferred)

· Ability to effectively research legal issues on Westlaw/Lexis Nexis (preferred)

* Duties*:
Maintain and manage full family law caseload. Draft documents and pleadings in matters related to divorce, residential responsibility, child support, and post-judgment modifications. Collaborate with support staff in assigning and completing various legal tasks. Prepare for and represent clients at hearings and trials.

Pay is highly competitive and commensurate to experience and skillset. In addition to base pay, performance bonuses are available. xrlwcon
