We’re now hiring a Residential Manager for our Independent Living Program! In this role, you’ll ensure services run smoothly, support staff, and help our residents thrive. You’ll collaborate with Program Coordinators, lead a team of Direct Support Professionals and Assistant Managers, and keep everything running efficiently.

- Manage daily operations and meet program goals
- Hire, train, and evaluate employees

To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to perform all essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Knowledge & Skills- Ability to manage basic household tasks.
- Strong observation skills with the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to build positive, cooperative working relationships.
- Sound judgment and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Additional experience and/or a four-year degree in a related human services field is a plus.
- Must obtain DD certification within 18 months of hire.
- Position includes a six-month introductory period.
