Seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to provide direct care to residents in a 128-bed long-term care facility. The nurse will support residents with a variety of diagnoses, oversee care delivery, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

Requirements:

• Active LPN or RN license in ND
• IV-C certification preferred for LPNs
• Ability to provide safe and compassionate care for residents with diverse diagnoses
• Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• RN Pay: $32.50–$48/hr with a $25,000 sign-on bonus
• LPN Pay: $26–$36/hr with a $20,000 sign-on bonus
• RN Fee: Flat rate of $12,000 (if submitting RN candidates)
