As a Skilled Nursing LPN, you will be a vital member of the clinical team, ensuring that residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in a safe and efficient environment. What you will be doing:

• Administer medications and treatments to assigned residents according to established nursing standards of practice.
• Actively monitor and update individualized resident care plans to reflect their current status and needs.
• Utilize specialized skills to manage IV medications and perform complex dressing changes as required.
• Directly supervise assigned employees, including planning, directing work, and fostering a positive environment for employee engagement.
• Participate in the supervisory lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, and addressing employee complaints or problems.
• Maintain strict adherence to all laws, regulations, and corporate policies, ensuring the safety and well-being of both residents and staff.
• Effectively communicate and exchange information with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team in English, both orally and in writing.

What you must have:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN licensure for the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability and proficiency to perform IV medication administration and dressing changes.
• Ability to lift at least 35 lbs and the physical stamina to move, position, and assess information throughout the shift.

• Natural aptitude for supervising others, assigning work, and resolving problems within a team setting.
• Ability to accurately measure and comprehend quantities and instructions while maintaining clear, professional documentation.
