Accessory Assistant Store Manager (No Weekends!)

Radco Truck Accessory Store is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead a team that manages vehicle technology and accessories. The Assistant Store Manager will work alongside the Store Manager to lead the store team, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and high sales results.

• Lead team members in selling and installing accessories to guests.
• Achieve sales goals and drive results.
• Ensure professional installations are done right the first time.
• Create excellent in‑store experiences for guests to become repeat customers.
• Build strong relationships with commercial and fleet accounts.
• Assist the Store Manager with hiring, training, and development of sales and installation team members.
• Assist with store work schedules, team‑member related matters, and other operational needs.
• Create an upbeat, energetic, and professional environment for team and guests.

Candidates must have a passion for the automotive industry and automotive accessories. Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required. The position offers outstanding training opportunities for those willing to grow.

Hourly base rate of $19.00–$21.00, plus incentives for sales, gross profit margin, and new guest/customer email capture.
