• Design and build advanced applications and features for the iOS platform
• Integrate with cloud APIs and local device communication protocols to control smart devices
• Write and maintain tests using XCTest/XCUITest frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for mobile devices, optimizing for touch experiences. Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code
• Debug, profile, and optimize app performance across a range of iOS devices
• Participate in design and code reviews, helping elevate code quality across the team
• Stay up to date with Apple platform capabilities and propose how we can leverage them
• Contribute to roadmap planning, technical design, and release delivery

• Professional iOS development experience, ideally with Swift and/or SwiftUI
• Strong experience shipping and maintaining production apps in the App Store
• Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT) and experience with prompt engineering
• Experience working with IoT or networked device interactions is a big plus
• Familiarity with BLE, webs sockets, or MQTT protocols is a bonus
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Proficient in the iOS development toolset:
  Xcode, Instruments, Simulator
• Strong understanding of iOS architecture, UI/UX patterns, and app lifecycle
• Excellent communication and debugging skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s/PHD in Computer Science or related technical field
