Housekeeping Staff – Greenbriar (Maintenance)

As Housekeeping Staff at Greenbriar Community Care Center, you will:

• Dust walls, handrails, ceiling fans, baseboards, furniture, and blinds.
• Vacuum, spot‑clean, and shampoo carpets and furniture as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring that paper goods and soap dispensers are stocked adequately.
• Check for and remove marks from walls.
• Empty trash cans in resident apartments, suites, and common areas.
• Follow proper cleaning and infection control policies and procedures.
• Document provision of services in accordance with Company policy.
• Report hazards, violations, or sanitation issues to the Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping.
• Collaborate with peers and other team members to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all residents.

We expect you to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, particularly when interacting with residents and their families. Communication skills are essential; you should be able to communicate with residents, family members, and guests in a respectful, diplomatic manner. Collaboration with associates in other departments is required to ensure that resident needs are being met appropriately.
