Base pay range: $12.00/hr - $12.00/hr
$250.00 Hiring Bonus available!
Responsibilities- Directly supervise and provide daily day habilitation, pre‑vocational, vocational and/or work skills training for clients participating in adult day programs.
- Ensure safety and well‑being of clients.
- Ensure safety and efficient operation of equipment and supplies.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to redirect and modify behavior, and report incidents to the Adult Program Coordinator/QIDP.
- Transport clients as required.
- Work in any STARC facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of prior work experience with individuals with intellectual, developmental and/or other disabilities preferred.

Job tasks are classified as heavy work that requires occasional lifting of 50‑100 pounds and frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving objects of 25‑50 pounds. Requires frequent walking, standing, stooping, and bending.
