Restore Hyper Wellness seeks a highly focused, strategic General Manager to lead our dynamic team in New Orleans. As a General Manager, you will oversee the Restore studio, create brand awareness, drive traffic and membership, and focus on overall sales growth. You will manage daily operations, develop a team in a fun, engaging, inclusive environment, and ensure studio performance aligns with company objectives.

• Meet performance metrics (KPIs) and manage revenue, inventory, payroll, and facilities maintenance.
• Execute and coordinate marketing and sales initiatives, including pre-sale events and community outreach.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and goal setting for new team members; provide coaching and annual performance reviews.
• Foster a culture of five-star customer service and community engagement.
• Ensure a safe and clean studio environment; be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Serve as a product expert, coaching team members on sales strategy and hospitality.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of management experience (1+ for Assistant GM), including hiring, training, and staff support.
• Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or retail preferred.
• Proven success in sales and team mentorship.
• Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• 2–4 years of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend hours.
