Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in dealership operations or automotive management.
- Proven track record of successful people management and team leadership.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Experience working with multiple dealership locations or large-scale operations.
- Familiarity with automotive industry software and CRM systems.
- Certification in dealership management or related professional credentials.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dealership operations including sales, service, parts, and administration to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to meet budgetary goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards across all dealership functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers to support business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
