• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.

• Studying for or have a valid real estate license in the state of Louisiana
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Mandeville and surrounding areas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
