Base pay range: $50,000 - $150,000 per year

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Assist sales agents in guiding clients to homes
• Provide detailed feedback to refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients and agents
• Generate leads for at least 10 hours weekly
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
• Attend weekly coaching sessions, trainings, and partner calls
• Track tasks using PLACE Technology

• Ability to drive regularly
• Skilled in analyzing client needs and matching to homes
• Quick learner and ambitious
• High school diploma
• Real estate license
