On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment (T3441) s role is On-Demand and involves flexible scheduling based on shift availability and store needs.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.00 USD per hour.

• Provide exceptional guest service, assisting guests and answering questions to help solve needs.
• Operate as a cashier and support cashiering, stocking, presentation and price accuracy.
• Assist with backroom tasks, stock product, and ensure sales floor is clean, organized, and in stock.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Execute processes with attention to detail, monitor progress, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Maintain interior and exterior store cleanliness, including restrooms, carts, and spills as needed.
• Receive inbound deliveries, process backroom audits, and maintain inventory accuracy using receive applications and scans.
• Follow safety policies and participate in training to stay compliant and safe on the job.
• Attend Target Welcome orientation and complete short-term training; thereafter, use the myTime mobile scheduling app to pick shifts.
• Other duties based on business needs.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow a multi-step process.
• Cash handling and basic store operations; ability to climb ladders safely and operate equipment as certified.
• Flexible schedule with reliable attendance; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments; able to remain mobile during shifts.
