Sales Management Trainee – Enterprise

We are hiring immediately for our Management Training Program, located in the Hammond, LA 70401 area and surrounding communities (Mandeville, Covington, and LaPlace). The program provides hands‑on learning in sales, business development, customer service, operations, and finance with the goal of preparing you to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop a high‑performing team.

• Targeted 1st‑year annual compensation of $52,000 with a 45‑hour work week.

• Learn Enterprise’s business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.

• Master customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations skills.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) within the past five years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
