Position Profile

Weaver seeks talented tax leaders at the Director level. A Private Client Services Director provides federal tax compliance and planning services to high-net-worth individuals and privately held businesses.

A Weaver Tax Director is an entrepreneur who creates new business and develops future leaders. The ideal candidate is a CPA with over 9 years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting, especially with high-net-worth clients, private businesses, investment partnerships, estates, and trusts.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA or EA certification
  • Over 9 years of relevant experience at a public accounting firm
  • Technical knowledge to sell and execute engagements across industries

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience managing and mentoring staff
  • Strong relationship management and practice development skills
  • Ability to attract and expand client services

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range is $120,000 to $300,000, depending on experience, skills, certifications, and location. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), flexible time off, sick leave, holidays, recharge days, and ongoing professional development through internal programs and Weaver
