Modern American Dentistry is a trusted family and cosmetic practice with offices in Manhattan Beach. We provide comprehensive care, from preventive dentistry to dental implants, Invisalign®, crowns and cosmetic smile makeovers, with sedation available for anxious patients. We believe in educating patients so they can make confident, informed decisions about their health.

This is one of the most important growth roles in our practice. Our Treatment Coordinator is a key driver of production. When patients understand their care and feel supported, they move forward, and the practice grows. We're looking for an experienced professional who builds trust quickly, presents comprehensive treatment with confidence and turns "I need to think about it" into a scheduled appointment, all without pressure.

• Treatment presentation: Present comprehensive treatment plans, including implants, Invisalign®, crowns, cosmetic and full restorative care, clearly and with compassion.
• Financial conversations: Explain PPO benefits, out-of-pocket costs and financing options (Care Credit, Sunbit, in-house plans) so treatment feels within reach.
• Larger cases: Coordinate and schedule multi-visit cases, working with the clinical team to sequence care.
• The unscheduled treatment pipeline: Own the list of patients with diagnosed but unscheduled treatment. Follow up consistently and with a plan, by phone, text and email, until every patient has a decision.
• Case acceptance tracking: Measure and report case acceptance, follow-up activity and scheduled production. Look for patterns and improve your approach.
• Working with the doctors: Meet regularly with the doctors to review cases, align on production goals and plan strategies to help more patients say yes to care.
• Patient relationships: Be a trusted point of contact patients feel comfortable coming back to, especially those with dental anxiety.

You won't be measured by how many treatment plans you present. Success here means:

• Strong patient relationships: patients trust you and come back to you
• High case acceptance: a growing share of diagnosed treatment gets scheduled and completed
• Practice growth: your work shows up directly in production and in patients getting the care they need

• 3+ years of experience presenting dental treatment (required)
• A proven track record discussing comprehensive treatment, PPO benefits and financing, and scheduling larger cases. Be ready to share your case-acceptance numbers.
• A disciplined follow-up process and strong organization
• A consultative, relationship-first style: you listen first, educate clearly and never pressure
• Comfort talking about money and the confidence to handle objections
• Experience with [Dentrix / Eaglesoft / Open Dental]
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
