Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of litigation matters from case intake through trial and resolution. This role requires strong advocacy skills, excellent legal writing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage civil litigation cases from intake through trial, settlement, or resolution
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal briefs
• Present oral arguments and attend hearings, motions, and other court appearances in both state and federal courts
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Oversee all aspects of trial preparation and lead trial proceedings
• Collaborate closely with internal legal teams, external counsel, and other stakeholders

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil litigation, including:
  • Commercial business disputes
  • Professional responsibility
  • Employment law and/or personal injury
• Strong motion practice experience (drafting and oral argument)
• Familiarity with California State and Federal Court procedures
• Proven trial preparation and trial management experience
• Skilled in taking and defending depositions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
