We are seeking a creative, organized, and social media-savvy Executive/Social Media Assistant to support a beauty influencer based in Manhattan Beach, CA. This individual will play a key role in content creation, video editing, and digital organization, while also supporting day-to-day needs. The role will begin as a hybrid position with the expectation to transition to fully in-person.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, filming, and editing social media content (Reels, Tik Toks, You Tube)
• Edit short- and long-form videos (green screen and captioning skills a plus)
• Capture content during shoots, events, and travel
• Manage social media posting schedules, drafts, and engagement tracking
• Monitor affiliate platforms, performance metrics, and track campaign results
• Organize and unbox PR packages and gifts; assist with visual content for unboxings
• Support calendar and inbox management with professionalism and discretion
• Help plan and coordinate travel, shoots, and brand events
• Run occasional errands and provide on-the-go assistance as needed

Qualifications:

• Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and social media trends
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities smoothly
• Passionate about beauty, content creation, and storytelling
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
• 
  Must hold a valid passport and be open to occasional travel
  

Location: Manhattan Beach, CA (must live within reasonable commutable distance)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional weekend availability

Compensation: $25/hour (1099 Contractor to start; potential to grow into salaried role)
