Craft Bartender/Mixologist - Manhattan Beach PostChef David LeFevre’s Manhattan Beach Post is an eclectic, chef-driven restaurant focusing on soulful food, engaging service, handcrafted cocktails, and boutique wine selections. Since opening in Manhattan Beach in April 2011, we are looking to recruit magnetic, passionate, experienced, and motivated Bartenders/Mixologists to join our family.
A qualified candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of bartending experience, focusing on handcrafted cocktails, micro-brewed beer, and a nuanced wine program. Guest interaction and service are our top priorities. The ideal candidate is a perfectionist and craftsman, skilled at building the perfect sazerac or achieving balance in a Hemingway Daiquiri, while also being flexible to create custom cocktails on the fly, such as basil, gin, lemon juice, and pink peppercorn, maintaining impeccable flavor harmony.
Passion and knowledge in food are also expected, aligning with our qualified server candidates. Candidates should demonstrate humility, respect, and integrity.
A flexible schedule is preferred; dinner hours and Friday/Saturday/Sunday brunch availability are required. We seek individuals passionate about hospitality and relationship building. If you believe in the integrity of a well-constructed, hand-crafted cocktail, you might be the perfect fit.
