As a Senior Stylist, you’ll bring that experience to life. You’ll create thoughtful, personal styling experiences, build lasting client relationships, and help shape the Rowan community both inside and outside the store.

As a Senior Stylist, you’ll bring that experience to life. You’ll create thoughtful, personal styling experiences, build lasting client relationships, and help shape the Rowan community both inside and outside the store.

• Deliver an elevated, hospitality-driven experience that feels personal and distinctly Rowan.
• Style with intention, creating complete looks that bring the Rowan lifestyle to life.
• Build and grow a personal client book through thoughtful outreach, appointments, events, and remote selling.
• Lead by example on the sales floor through strong selling, product knowledge, clienteling, and service.
• Support and inspire the team through collaboration, sharing ideas, and leading by example.
• Partner with the Store Director on local marketing, events, community initiatives, and brand activations.
• Contribute to social media and content creation that authentically tells the Rowan story.
• Represent Rowan as a brand ambassador both inside and outside the store.

• Experienced in fashion, styling, specialty retail, or another relationship-driven environment.
• A natural stylist with a strong eye for creating effortless, personal looks.
• Curious, creative, personable, and genuinely interested in people.
• Experienced with clienteling, social media, content creation, marketing, or community engagement is a plus.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial, with a desire to build something meaningful.
• Leadership experience is welcomed, but not required. You naturally take ownership, elevate those around you, and lead through example.
• Motivated by both personal performance and the success of the team.
