We are looking for an Senior Innovation Prototyper who is passionate about designing product user interfaces to help drive the rapid growth of our Clients new digital business. Our purpose is to help companies imagine, bring-to-life and launch digital businesses and solutions that have transformative customer impact. To do this, we’ve assembled a group of world-class business/strategy, product design, and technology professionals with deep knowledge and experience in digital businesses and solutions – from mobile applications and ecommerce, to new and emerging digital solutions yet to be realized.

As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will use your skills to:

• Demonstrate and communicate a passion for designing product user interfaces

• Serve a central role in designing and building iOS apps (groundwork, infrastructure and product discussions) from start to finish

• Collaborate with a team of engineers, designers and key individuals to deliver empowering user experiences

• Communicate ideas with cross-functional teams in an effective manner

• Share technical solutions and product ideas through design review, pair programming, code review and technological discussions

• Utilize a proactive and responsive approach to problem-solving

• Apply expertise with Cocoa/Cocoa Touch and Objective-C

• Show fluency with XCode, UIKit, Core Animation Fluency, MVC design patterns and OOP, as well as develop and follow best practices in all areas of design

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of MVC design patterns, OOP and development best practices

As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will need:

• Four or more years with Cocoa/Cocoa Touch and Objective-C (five or more years of experience preferred)

• Participation with a team that developed and distributed an iOS App on the App Store

• Fluency with a Mac/Xcode development environment

• Knowledge of MVC design patterns, OOP and development best practices

• Strong analytical and debugging skills

• Workflow flexibility and strong teamwork skills

• A natural aptitude for teaching and learning from others in a collaborative team environment

• A BS/MS degree in computer science, engineering or a related subject

• A background in building mobile applications that utilize web-services (either REST-based, JSON, Thrift or other services), consumer mobile application development knowledge and Bluetooth Stack, as well as Core Data and SQL Lite (preferred)

• Possible experience with Agile software and test-driven development, as well as the ability to find fulfillment in building innovative products

• Expertise in consumer-facing industries and the ability to lead the development, training and communication of new product introductions

• An ability to think strategically and creatively and demonstrate superior interpersonal and communication skills

• A strong track record of driving results within a complex organization

• The ability to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually-demanding and service-oriented environment
