About This Role
This position serves as the office manager and receptionist for Human Resources. The position greets visitors in Human Resources, prioritizes interactions for follow-up and ensures follow-through with stakeholder communications. The incumbent ensures efficient day-to-day office operations and is relied upon to provide support for projects as requested.
Worksite DescriptionThis position is On-site.
All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.
What You'll Need to SucceedMinimum Qualifications:
- Requires two years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of education and experience.

- Associate degree

- Experience using a variety of technology programs (i.e., Microsoft Office 365, K-State Content Management System (CMS), Etrieve, Concur, Qualtrics)
- Experience with social media platforms
- Ability to multitask, communicate effectively and professionally, and work collaboratively
- Customer service oriented and ability to work independently
