ResponsibilitiesConducting echocardiograms, TEEs, cardioversions, viability studies, nuclear stress tests, and cardiac CT scans. Reading and interpreting echocardiograms, EKGs, Holter monitors. Performing pacemaker implantations. Preferably experienced with implantable loop recorders.
Key DutiesManaging 6-15 patients daily, with 8 patients in the Cath Lab, and providing 7-10 days of ongoing coverage per month. Ensuring quality patient care and adherence to clinical procedures.
Qualifications & SkillsProven expertise in cardiology diagnostics and interventions, including pacemaker implantation. Strong interpretive skills for cardiac tests and monitors. Ability to handle a busy caseload efficiently.
Additional DetailsCompensation is competitive, with paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing expenses, and 24-hour access to a dedicated consultant. The role involves online submission of assignment details and time entry. Candidate must be comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
