- Join our Treasury Management team as the Operations Manager / Systems Administrator. This position is ideal for someone who has commercial or retail banking experience and is looking for an opportunity to further their career at a successful, forward-thinking, and rapidly growing full-service commercial bank.
The Treasury Management Operations Manager / Treasury Management Systems Administrator is focused on managing our Treasury Operations team in regards to client service, product processing and maintenance, payments and risk. This role will be responsible for the oversight of lockbox processing, card operations, online banking, client training, and product risk. The Treasury Management Operations Manager / Treasury Management Systems Administrator will be responsible for understanding a wide range of department products and functions to ensure the security and accuracy of services clients use and help identify potential risk exposure.
Much of these responsibilities are outside of the daily function, but oversight of the client transactions and employee activity is essential. This position may require coordination with Compliance, Credit Risk, Auditors, Vendors and Legal as needed. This team member will report to the Vice President, Treasury Management Services.
- Higher education in business or a finance-related field is preferred, along with two years of commercial or retail banking experience.
- Candidates should have a sound knowledge of deposit products, online banking services and accounts receivables as well as general understanding of bank operations and accounting.
- We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter with the ability to perform duties and make decisions with little supervision. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, have a professional attitude, are self-motivated, detail-oriented, can maintain confidentiality, and are able to successfully interact with clients, this may be the job for you.

This is a full-time position at our Westloop branch in Manhattan, Monday through Friday. Wages start at $50,000 to $60,000 per annum based on experience. Employee Benefits Include 401k, Health, Dental And Vision insurance and paid time off.
