Treasury Management Relationship Specialist

Join our Treasury Management team as a Relationship Specialist! This position is great for someone who has commercial or retail banking experience and would like to expand their career.

• Maintain and grow client relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Work directly with clients, sales teams, and officers to identify opportunities and ensure the best fit in terms of account types, products, or additional services.
• Answer questions or inquiries from commercial deposit and treasury management clients and resolve client issues.
• Maintain analysis and identify additional client needs for escalation to Treasury Management Processors and the sales team.
• Provide treasury management support, including assisting clients with questions regarding business products and services, and providing training.

• Higher education in business or a finance-related field is preferred.
• One to two years of commercial or retail banking experience.
• Sound knowledge of deposit products, online banking services, accounts receivables, bank operations, and accounting.
• Self-starter with the ability to perform duties and make decisions with little supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, professional attitude, confidentiality, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is a full-time position at our Westloop branch in Manhattan, Monday through Friday. Wages start at $15 to $20 per hour. Employee benefits include 401k, health, dental and vision insurance, and paid time off.
